Then, over time, you’ll see your fitness goals being achieved. Improved fitness and energy. To reach that point, we ask you to give it 4 months, so you see the full benefits of a CrossFit routine.

**New to CrossFit?

New members with no CrossFit experience will have the opportunity to attend a Foundations class, where you will learn basic terminology, body weight movements, and barbell movements.
