What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit workouts are a balanced mix of cardio, strength, and mobility training. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. Our group classes work for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The workouts themselves are constantly varied functional movements. Meaning, you won’t get bored with the same workout routine, and the exercises make sense for the way we move our bodies in everyday life. *Why a 4-mo initial commitment?

In the beginning, most need a little time to learn some of the “foundational” movements. And then there’s the initial soreness with any new fitness routine. Then, over time, you’ll see your fitness goals being achieved. Improved fitness and energy. To reach that point, we ask you to give it 4 months, so you see the full benefits of a CrossFit routine.

**New to CrossFit?

New members with no CrossFit experience will have the opportunity to attend a Foundations class, where you will learn the basic terminology, body weight movements, and barbell movements.
